What to Expect. . .
1:1 Sessions
I have been trained by the International Hypopressives Council to teach the Level 1 series in 1:1 sessions.
Through the series of session with me you will learn the simple but transformative breathing protocol and learn the level 1 series of postures to bring greater awareness to your body.
You will learn about how instrumental breath can be in your healing journey. Together we will work on finding a sustainable way to include 10 to 15 minutes of breath and movement into your day.
Session can be done in person or over zoom to suit your schedule.
